My story
Go Proud Solutions was founded in 2018 with a simple yet powerful mission: to help people and organisations unlock the performance, clarity and confidence they are truly capable of.
After two decades working internationally with clients from EMEA, APAC and the US, I returned to the UK with a passion shaped by real experience — leading across cultures, navigating complex people dynamics, and witnessing first-hand the challenges that hold even the most talented leaders back.
These life and career experiences are now at the heart of the work we do.
Across industries and continents, one question has driven my purpose more than any other:
Why do so many capable leaders and teams struggle to reach their full potential — and what unlocks that potential reliably and sustainably?
This question led to the creation of Go Proud Solutions and today underpins everything we deliver, from leadership development and team performance to emotional intelligence and behavioural change.
Our work blends global business understanding with human-centred insight, helping leaders at every level communicate more effectively, adapt more confidently and perform with greater impact — especially in fast-changing environments.
And it's exactly today's fast-changing environment that is now bringing up new answers to the questions around reaching our full potential. The playing field has changed and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
This shed light on the need for a new way forward that provided innovative solutions and deeper levels of resilience and human connection.
As a result, in 2025, we were super proud to finally launch the CLEAR Leadership™ framework, our research-based approach to contemporary leadership, bringing together capability, emotional intelligence and behavioural mastery.
Whether supporting senior leadership teams, developing future leaders or strengthening management capability, the aim remains the same:
To create meaningful, measurable and long-lasting change — from the inside out.
Meet Francesca
Francesca was born in London and moved abroad straight after university, spending the next 20 years working with clients from all over the world.
During this time, she became a qualified coach and a train-the-trainer for corporate facilitators, later becoming a practitioner and expert in selected psychometric tools, as well as emotional intelligence. Returning to the UK in 2015, she became highly involved in the world of leadership and is today a sought after master coach and global facilitator.
She has worked with thousands of clients from a wide range of international organisations across many fields, including the United Nations, and has developed a strong sensitivity to cultural nuance, global communication styles and the realities of working across borders.
Through Go Proud Solutions, Francesca brings a rare blend of cultural intelligence and emotional insight to her leadership programmes — areas where traditional approaches often fall short.
