Go Proud Solutions was founded  in 2018, with a mission to change lives.  Born and bred in London, I returned to the UK in 2015 after living abroad for 20 years. After a number of life-changing events, I was now ready to turn them into the foundation for helping others - people just like you!

Throughout my career, I have collaborated across many diverse business sectors. With all the issues I've seen, one skillset stood out as the star player in solution finding, and that was emotional intelligence (EI). Not a new topic, but still often misunderstood and its impact underestimated.

. For example, did you know that healthy levels of EI are frequently coupled with long-term success, better relationships, higher salaries and greater well-being? 

Low EI levels, on the other hand, often bring struggles like imposter syndrome, lack of empathy, procrastination, conflict, stress management issues, and more!

The good news is that developing EI is easy when you know how. I have invested significant time and resources over the years to acquire that knowledge and understand why exactly EI is so powerful and how it can best be developed.
