Go Proud Solutions was founded by Francesca Proudman, Executive Facilitator, Leadership Coach and Organisational Development Consultant.

Francesca brings more than 20 years' international experience, working with leaders and organisations across EMEA, APAC and the United States.

A certified coach since 2009, she combines leadership development with expertise in emotional intelligence, behavioural change and psychometric assessment.

She has worked with thousands of people across industries and cultures, including work with the United Nations, and brings particular depth to the complexities of international communication, leadership behaviour and cross-cultural collaboration.

Her work is known for combining two things that don't always appear together: human depth and commercial practicality.

Because leadership development should feel meaningful. But it also has to work day to day.
